Gutter Cleaning
The purpose of eavestrough (aka. gutters) is to collect rainwater from your roof and direct it away from your house foundation to reduce the chance of basement leaks.
Throughout the year debris from leaves, shingles, and other materials collect in your gutters leading to blockages at downspouts and gutter segments. These blockages can cause water to over run the walls of the gutters and pool close to your foundation, which may lead to basement leaks and other issues.
Regularly checking and clearing your gutters is an excellent way to ensure that your basement is not impacted, and that water is being directed where it has been intended to collect.

Deck, Patio & Fence Staining / Painting
Wood takes a lot of punishment from mother nature, and also our enjoyment of features like a deck or patio.
If you have had a new Deck, Patio or Fence installed, chances are that you were advised to apply a finish the following year once it has adapted to its permanent environment. This finish generally is stain, however oil or paint may also be used depending on the type of wood that has been installed.
Have an existing deck, patio or fence? Reapplication for most stain and paint is necessary after 2 to 3 years.
Although pressure treated lumber will be rot resistant for many years, the surface becomes bleached from the sun, and cracks may form. Applying stain or paint will add a protective layer to the surface which will prevent cracking and fading.
If you’re looking for a first application to protect and enhance the look of your new structure, or maintain and restore the appearance of an existing structure, we are happy to help!
